Snowden Family of Cowling, Ickornshaw, Kildwick area Atkinson Family Dacre, Hartwith & Hampsthwaite area and Steele of Shropshire
The purpose of this site is to encourage and enable research into the Snowden's of the Cowling area including the family of Viscount Philip Snowden. Please email your thoughts, confirmations, contradictions - ALL welcome. I have much more info but cannot connect it yet.My present focus is on Benjamin Snowden born about 1793. If anyone can shed any light on his parents, siblings or children (even if unsure of info) so maybe we can place him in this tree.Thanks, Hugh
